Pros
The people are the best part about Panasonic. They're generally professional, respectful and genuinely good people that care about others and helping the community.
Cons
Like most big companies, there's a lot of red tape and inefficiencies, which sometimes makes it difficult to get things done. There's also a strategy du jour approach by management so companies are merged, then un-merged every so often. That makes it hard to move the company forward as these organizational changes are very disruptive.
