Cool people to work with, meet some skilled AC's, maybe even producers. Iconic name on resume.
Cons
You cannot survive off the pay. They will work you like a dog, and the hours are so long. Lay offs every month. Don't even take on the stress here.. The industry is dying. Panavision is a FRAUD. Its not what it used to be!
