- Big name projects to work on, and having the ability to collaborate with some of the best minds in the film world - Creative and fun people to work with
Cons
- Late nights - Inventory runs low during busy seasons, so it's tough to source equipment (lots of subrentals and trying to find a last minute solution) - Prep, Shipping, and Rentals handles so much of the day-to-day tasks, sometimes you get a lot thrown on your plate at one time
