Overall great culture, hard-working colleagues and a lot of opportunities to grow professionally, work-life balance
Cons
Since the recession hit, transparency and autonomy instantly evaporated. Executive leadership seems disconnected from reality and generates tons of pivoting ideas. Career growth opportunities for employees are non-existent anymore.

Thank you for this feedback and we could not agree more with you about our amazing culture and the fact that we have such great employees at PandaDoc. The global economy and the war (we still have over 125 employees in Ukraine who we proudly stand with) are challenging us to find new ways to maintain our commitment to being open and transparent with all our Pandas and we share your view that a transparent environment is super important. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback and we wish you the very best in your new endeavors.
PandaDoc treats people like expendable cogs. They expect each individual to take on the responsibilities of 6 different roles. There is no work/life balance. Employees don't feel like they can take time off because the workload is so intense. Leadership expects AI to solve everything with no real plan or strategy on how to scale AI usage.
Each week is a sprint to get projects done amidst ridiculous deadlines. There is no defined product roadmap, so everyone is flying blind as priorities constantly shift. Leadership is never held accountable. All in all, this is an incredibly toxic work environment. If you're a recent college grad, this is a good place for you.
Anyone tenured, experienced, etc. avoid this company at all costs.
