Everything else. Poor leadership, outrageously disorganized, work is pointless because there is no sense of direction or strategy. Vibe is awful. Sad to see a cool product go to waste. No investment in employees or their wellbeing. You are disposable and leadership has no idea what your role is or why it matters. The company might as well not exist.
