I have been working at X-Rite full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The people and culture at X-Rite are great. The focus on continuous improvement and problem solving provides the opportunity for employees to really make a positive difference. Good work/life balance where we are encouraged to "disconnect" on evenings, weekends and vacations.

    Cons

Occasional high stress. Positive atmosphere is inconsistent.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at X-Rite.

    Interview

Hiring process was subpar - not like it is part of Danaher. I have heard that not all holding companies within Danaher are great. This poor experience confirmed that. I did not feel like they wanted to interview or hire me. I am not even sure why I was invited for the interview. Left the site, questioning if it was worth for me to take off from my work and attempt the interview.

    Interview Questions

    Reasons for Declining

Poor interview experience and lack of diversity were key to my decision.

  • We have been enjoying the summer months at X-Rite! We have held a handful of fun events for our associates including corn hole tournaments, a baseball game outing with our families and a summer picnic with the opportunity to dunk some of our Senior Leaders in a dunk tank.
