VP's are horrible... they have no idea what is going on, and they care more about online shopping than they do about work. Horrible pay, you probably won't get a raise, their raises are very small about 1%!!! Empty promises, and when it comes to lay-offs, they let go of the hardest working people and the smartest, and they continue to employ the idiots and shadiest of people you can possibly meet. And so many people have the biggest egos for no reason!
