      Pros

      Working at PAREXEL provides a good work-life balance, super flexible hours, management understanding when comes to family issues/inconvenience you may have during a labour day. Extra hours are compensated with taking days off.

      Cons

      Very disorganized company, management is so stressed that don't provide necessary trainings to new employees, nor continuos trainings on former employees. Everything is urgent and quality becomes forgettable. Inflation is not taken into account AT ALL in Argentina, the increase is a joke.

      Pros

      full service CRO, lots of capabilities and resources for global studies. good at linking up resources/talent to study needs. very inclusive and good at recognizing talent. people are seen and best contributors are usually taken care of.

      Cons

      lots of changes being rolled out with limited transparency. contracting can be challenging. site payments and study closeout are areas that need improvement.
