Pros

PAREXEL is very decentralized and employees work efficiently all over the globe. Meetings are mostly teleconferences and are brief and to the point. Employees all cooperate and try to get the job done with the resources available. Get your work done and the rest of your life is all yours.

Cons

As a service provider salaries are on the low side, but then less is expected. There is little to no real management or organization other than financials. Its hard to advance or be noticed in the organization and rewards are few. Many find their niche and are happy for years and years. Others, more ambitious soon grow frustrated and move on.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
