Pros

Salary. Ability to work remotely.

Cons

Too much work assigned to individuals and not enough hours in the day to get anything done. Being pulled from one meeting to another in terms of pleasing a client to internal meetings associated with providing mandated updates on a too frequent basis. They work you very hard here - the work/life balance is non-existent. Minimal training in place that is effective at upper levels.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
