Pros

There is a Work from Home component, but it keeps changing, so I am not sure where that stands

Cons

Perceptive has no work life balance, they want you available at all times. They give you a blackberry so you can be reached by management or the client at all hours. There is no room for advancement, if you are good at your job, they just give you more work. They do not support new idea's, to help streamline process. Management does not accept feedback, they just give. Once you show a desire to move to another position, the work environment becomes worse, if you disagree, they will literally make up a reason to fire you. Staff that is incompetent is kept on much longer than they should.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
