Pros
You can listen to music on your earbuds while working. You can either work hard on some days and not work too hard on some. You can dye your hair crazy colors and have wild piercings/tattoos and wear leggings and tshirt if you want for women. You don’t have to talk to anyone other than management if you want to be antisocial with other coworkers. It’s a warehouse afterall, you are a robot. You are paid a lot of money if you work as 2nd/3rd shift.
Cons
Two 20 minute break which is pretty short. Manager gets mad if you take 21 minute break. Management is messy because there’s always someone sleeping with somebody in the warehouse. Very messy. I heard the regional boss recently got fired for the same reason. Warehouse team leaders think they’re on top of the workers and act bossy and arrogant when most don’t even have their associate degrees. These leaders and managers need to sit down and learn to communicate properly to their subordinates in a respectful polite manner. These leaders only care when an employee made a mistake. You will be nonexistent in this warehouse until you mess up... so basically you are a robot that they don’t care about.
