      Peloton is full of the best people I've ever worked with, they pay well (at least market). The company is experiencing extremely exciting growth and offers huge career opportunity.

      Cons

      Management is not a fan of bonuses unless you are in sales. The company has been growing so fast that its responsibillities grow quicker than the staff does
