Pros

A pyramid team management style allows for a clear path to promotion and rise corporate ladder, encourages team communication, rewards innovative ideas, and listens to consumers and employees to adjust policies and practices.

Cons

Aug 2020 the consensus was for employees to prioritize their mental health and employees were able to take a mental health day or half day without much red tape. Towards the end of my time there in 2023 the company had grown substantially and as a result became much more streamlined and corporate, political...less personalized, and supportive of the individual's growth trajectory.

At the time, it was a great place to work. Started when it was a private company. Benefits were great and so was commission

Cons

Company grew way too fast and didn't scale appropriately
