Worst RPO company work for - Technical Recruiter PeopleScout Employee Review

Since the transition into True blue this company has brought in the worst management company, ever there is no order all over the place. 150 recruiters lost their job to miss calculation of hiring more than they needed for one of their biggest accounts, allot of permanent employees displaced. They hire you for bench, however little you know seating in bench with no pay, just waiting see if one of hiring managers will pick up for one of their accounts. Meantime they keep promising you will hire you soon, they have something coming up for you it never comes. Do not work for them if they ask you be core or flex walk away.... you will find something better...don't waste your time with this company benefits are the worst as well, they pay extremely lower than any other RPO.
