1. Toxic Working Environment (Full of gossip, back-stabbing & advantage taking) 2. Consultants treated as mere money trees 3. Business Leaders get rid of consultants as & when they like 4. Management has no sympathy for consultants (Family, Medical Issues etc) 5. Forced unspoken rule of OT (Consultants who don't get ostracized) 6. Known for Micro-Management of consultants 7. Rude to clients - Telling clients off during Business Meetings 8. Forces consultants to attend quarterly event (Made compulsory) 9. HR Team - Lazy HRBPs who give excuses on salary issues 10. Biased Treatment - Pregnant staff allowed to work from home for the whole gestation period, however staff who have young children / medical condition have been forced to come to work & unhappiness have been displayed by Business Leaders.
