Pros

The co-workers were great and the office digs were comfortable.

Cons

Three CEO's in two years, unrealistic long term plans. Salary at low end of competition, bonuses not as led to believe, no promotion from within, many broken promises.

Good evening. Thank you for sharing your voice. We would like to respectfully respond regarding the CEO comment. Our original CEO retried fairly recently. He retired to enjoy the next stage in his life, but was very proud reflecting on how far the company has come during his leadership. While sourcing for his replacement, Percepta had a interim CEO, until Mr. Formisano joined as our Chief Executive Officer. In short, the transitions in CEOs that you are referring to were simply the result of retirement. Thank you for raising this point and giving us the opportunity to clarify. Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
