Pros

I was hired in with the first training class. The improvements that have been made and implemented are leaps and bounds compared to when I first started.

Cons

Been a bit of a bumpy ride. Higher management personal "no longer with the company" out of the blue. Over all some of the bumps are to be expected in order to implement the massive changes for the better.

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
