Pros

Decent environment of fellow agents and helpful supervisors. Remote work during COVID times. Not very difficult aside from call volume.

Cons

Constant micro management of time and massive expectation of output on a system well known to be ineffective and full of bugs and bumps. No regular chance at raises, or supplemental pay. Advanced positions not given due to lack of staffing at entry level and only about $2 more than entry or $40k for supervisors that are overworked and under fire from higher ups even more consistently.

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
