Pros

Training was fun and comprehensive on all aspects of the position Work from home is offered at this time Supportive supervisors that offer plenty of help when needed All the resources are available to do your job effectively Benefits are good and explained well during training

Cons

It isn't for everyone, heavy caseload at times and customers can be pretty abrasive The pay should be higher for the stress that you assume while working Slow equipment (they might start fixing this) Not many opportunities for advancing or for raises.

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
