      Pros

      The onboarding training is intense and well done. I know the direction of the company for the next five years. There are many employees "perks" that go above-and-beyond your salary. I am definitely blessed to be working for them.

      Cons

      I am 100% remote so I don't get to physically be around people. However, my manager has short morning huddles on Zoom for the whole team.
