You don’t get trained the full 8 weeks we got trained 3 weeks and while working if needing help they don’t know the answer just like you so the customer sits and wait for answers also if you call out you get pointed you get pointed for being late for lunch breaks you get pointed for forgetting to punch out for lunch you get call avoidance for transferring a call without permission you have to have permission to do transfers which this was the first job I had to do this they don’t train properly and the ones that there barely understand

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
