Pros

Comprehensive training and continual support from managers, colleagues and coaches, continuous learning and new daily challenges. Fair Rota system, No Bank holiday working.

Cons

The nature of the job can be draining ( customer complaints ), case management can be stressful in circumstances when you are unable to assist a customer due to policy, can initially be overwhelming for new starters after training ends

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
