Pros

At ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ง๐ข๐š๐ฅ, you donโ€™t just ship code โ€” you shape meaningful products and feel genuinely valued while doing it. As a ๐†๐จ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐  ๐๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ, Iโ€™ve been part of some technically challenging projects across domains like logistics and fintech. The engineering culture here is sharp โ€” with a strong focus on clean architecture, performance, and thoughtful problem-solving. You're trusted with ownership, and the bar for quality is high (in the best way). But what really makes Perennial different is how personally it treats its people. No one at Perennial is called a โ€œ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž.โ€ Weโ€™re all referred to as ๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ. Being called a partner makes every interaction feel more personal. It makes ownership real. Youโ€™re not just completing tasks; youโ€™re building something with people, not for them. ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ: - Engineering-first culture with serious focus on design and code quality - Every individual is treated with respect and seen as a true contributor - Inclusive language and actions that reflect deep empathy - Amazing exposure to product thinking and client collaboration - Flat hierarchy โ€” your voice is heard, and your ideas matter

Cons

The fast-moving environment may take time to adjust for those coming from larger, rigid orgs

Pros

Provides Work From Home to some folks.

Cons

Poor Work Culture Micro-managent ( asks employees to fill excel sheets on what they did for the day hour by hour - this is practised daily) Only 16 Planned Leaves and 5 EL (resources working on Philippines project will have 5 less PL so 12 PLs for them as they have client holidays.) Scams employees for leave encashment and Overtime payments. HR is non-responsive. Head HR makes false promises at time of joining. Only one big project. Too much managers. Still doing things via Excel sheets and Google sheets - every resources working on a project fill 3 excel sheets daily.
