Pros
Simple position, not requiring any major thought. Amazing co-worker relationships. Decent salaray. Plenty of vacation/sick time. Great dental benefits. Equal Opportunities not matter your race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. Amazing HR department. Paid milage to meetings, and training.
Cons
The corporation is less worried about their patients, and more worried about the money in their wallets. District Management and up, has a tendancy to be incompetent. Consistent fear based motivation strategy. Salaried hour requirements usualy 65+ hrs a week. Illogical use of hours open. Many pointless meetings, that don't usually acrue needed information.
