      Technically advanced in tracking aspects of projects equating to tracking the cash flow of projects. They taught me a lot on the capabilities, methods out there that I personally was not familiar with.

      They we're a great group to work with.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
