Pros

All world compensation packages (High salary, high bonuses, nice insurance plan, great retirement) Opportunity to travel, if desired, and the company has a lot of buying power in different regions of the US Additional perks - Company vehicle, gas card, a lot of company holidays and vacation days as you climb the ladder

Cons

As others have stated, it's a very aggressive environment, and a lot of back-stabbing goes on The hours can be unbearable sometimes, and work-life balance is not something they promote Each branch is really different. I worked in one for 10+ years with limited issues, moved for the company, and then was let go within 2 years of my move

Pros

Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

Cons

It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
