Employee ownership that really works, Financial strength and stability, and Core Values that mean something and are followed.
Cons
It takes a long time to turn a large ship. The same is sometimes painfully true at a large company, where decisions can time a long time to be made. Understandably so this is for the greater good and to protect the company, but it can lead to frustration.
