Pros
-Good benefit program -Possibility for nice bonuses -If you get a good Project Manager and Branch Manager above you it makes all the difference
Cons
-On annual reviews you will NEVER be rated the highes category. Can't tell you how many times I got "You are doing a great job and have master said task but, upper management doesn't like seeing anyone get a single perfecct score." (Oh and by the way your bonus and promotion opportunities are based on the annual review) -Stabbing others in the back is the way of life, seems to be even encoraged -Just another number in the system -Good ole boys club
