      Lots of projects and plenty of room for growth. All ways learning.

      Cons

      My title was very literal in that it was IT and Analytics. From plugging in monitors and closing out jira tickets too building out complex dashboards.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
