Cons

Pros
At middle management and below there are some very nice people that are long time employees
Cons
Long term employees have had 7 Presidents over the past 16 years. Company has been bought and sold three times and there are major culture issues Lack of professionalism at Executive level. Managers ask inappropriate questions about your personal life. Buying team members are not allowed to travel to buying shows or kept from progressing. Managers wont let you meet with vendors CEO micro manages coming to every meeting and approving every expense report. A culture that drives on drama. Marketing Department is a blinking red light…stay away!

Touch Fright local Job
Apr 19, 2023 - Cdl Class A Driver in Fort Pierce, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Depends on perspective, 23$ on avg. But it's salary pay. 23$ would be your base pay plus premium time/ and a half if it was an hourly job. This is based on 52/53 hours a week.
Cons
Crappy equipment, hard labor work. Hours are tough, can be up to 18 hours a day. Seniors get the least amount of hours for all same amount of pay regardless of route. Night shift, hard to adjust sleep during the day.

Pros
The money is great, the hours are less than appealing but that is what you get in transportation. The company is solid and a good place to work.
Cons
Middle management is an absolute mess. Directors of transportation and warehouse are the most laziest of people on this earth. They need to move on down the road and let another leader take the role to where it should be, instead of the mess it is. Where the team feels valued and appreciated as memebrs of the team.

This is just not a good place to work. it's miserable and people are treated poorly
Apr 15, 2023 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
overtime pay every day and stability
Cons
Mistreatment of most employees and no help to improve. You are just supposed to figure it out on your own. They cater to those that are robots. The second you stand up for fellows is the moment they disregard you. But good luck getting them to treat you with any regard in the first place. if you are a masochist, you might like the work environment and the work life balance

Good Place to Work if Sales is your Passion
May 5, 2023 - Area Manager in Hickory, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Decent benefits, lots of opportunities to grow or move departments.
Cons
Don’t enter sales unless you truly love it. It’s a very over populated area with not a lot of room for big accounts. Definitely bigger cities are better.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
good money for the work
Cons
hours of the job itself
