      You can work 16 hours a day, of course im referring to a salaried position

      Cons

      Management is horrible, hours are long, never know when you will get done. Pay is lower than average, training is almost non-existant

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
