      There are ABSOLUTELY no Pros about working here. Find something else!!

      Cons

      Management sucks. Curse, swear, harass and belittle you. Run you into the ground. Fight to get a day off. Don't get sick either. They will try and make you come in anyway. Threaten your job if you want a day or some time off. Very unorganized. Make you practically run out of hours. Have no life working here. Like I said RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
