      There are some really good people that work at PFG... just not in the same office I worked in.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no support from upper management. My boss couldn’t advise on anything because he truly didn’t know what was going on.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
