      Pros

      Good money but that was due to my efforts. 100% commission

      Cons

      Too many to list. Overworked about 104-108 hours a week. Then when your health deteriorates to the point you can no longer do an efficient job they make you the scapegoat as to why the OPCO as a whole is down vs. Budget and forecasts.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
