      Pros

      My boss had a lot of confidence in me to handle different areas of the business. He allowed me to branch out from accounting and be the bridge over all areas of the business. Instead of can't, we replaced the word with how and instead of it is not my job, it was replaced by let me find you an answer.

      Cons

      Unable to say no to anything, placed me at work 80+ hours per week. There was no work/personal life balance.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
