      Avoid this company at all costs!

      Cons

      Avoid working at this place at all costs. Very high turnover rate. Employees do not last. The President of the facility and the Vice President of operations are weak! Both directors will take it up their rear end to prevent a few thugs from walking off the job. For years, operations is frequently held hostage by a few hoodlum selectors that work there.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
