      Decent hourly pay Potential to earn performance bonuses Decent staff Decent management Incentives

      Cons

      Been there a year and the bonus/ incentive structure isn't clearly defined in all sections of the warehouse. No work life balance, work too many hours because travelers don't move quick enough to only work 8 hours a night. They want as many hours as possible and move slow as a snail.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
