      Good company to work for. They look out for their drivers. Once you get a stable route the money is pretty good.

      It’s back breaking work, rotating schedule sucks.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
