      Pros

      Company has an eye on the future. Continued growth and expansion. Seems to be community oriented helping organization in and around the area.

      Cons

      Companies within the company require too many vice-presidents in my opinion. Seems like all kinds of VP's come in from Sysco and USFoods. Company tries to make some things too complicated...like pricing.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
