      Hiring bonus is a win. 2 weeks vaca in first year No micromanaging Day shift Almost all the customers are friendly

      Cons

      No onsite fleet shop No set delivery routes Tractor and trailer repairs are not high priority No OT pay

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
