      Pros

      The pay is decent compared to other places.

      Cons

      Supervisors don’t care about you. They don’t fully train you and just let you do the bare minimum. I saw an employee blow up to a new trainee and supervisors didn’t do anything. It’s a nightmare.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
