      Pros

      My time at PFS Atlanta has truly been a remarkable journey. It stands out as one of the best companies I've had the pleasure to work for. The exemplary leadership, vibrant culture, and generous benefits have all contributed to making my experience truly fulfilling and rewarding.

      Cons

      One of the major downsides to the company would be having the title "Atlanta" in the name (Performance Foodservice - Atlanta) but not providing pay which is commensurate to Atlanta standards

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
