      * Pay and benefits at about market value * Good work/life balance; Hybrid jobs for flexible work arrangements * Not overly demanding or stressful * Company has continued to grow with mergers and acquisitions and haven't seen layoffs

      Cons

      * Outsourced IT. No company culture to speak of. * Little oversight or direction from management. * No career path or mobility within the company - more suited for older workers working towards retirement * Direct communication is discouraged - it's generally email only, and it can take days for a simple response

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
