Terrible top management; both in Paris as well as in the Benelux. The company is being led top down through personal relations & politics rather than facts, honesty and capable people. This leads to a constant state of chaos and emotional short term panic decisions, and a deep distrust from employees due to the constant web of lies and huge discrepancy between what is being preached, and how employees are actually being treated.
