Work gets overloaded, high attrition rate, cross functional liaison not there, speaking up can work against you if the higherups are friends with those you voiced out against & other people will come to know of your anonymous complaint even if that's how they encourage people to speak out. Long hours, not much flexibility for personal life due to the industry. When multiple people leave, you are expected to pick up the workload with no benefits.
