The"Out of control mayhem" is the best way to describe this disgustingly shady company! I've never experienced anything like it, you could smell the negativity in the air, and you knew innately that you could not trust anyone for any reason. The company culture was all about encouraging employees to be liars, to humiliate, badmouth and bully others, to steal as much product and work as little as possible. If you dared to be a decent, stand-up and honest person, you were run out of Dodge as quickly as possible.
