Pros
The opportunity this company can bring employees, especially ones just starting their careers. There is definitely constant change which always brings good and bad, the room for job growth and opportunity to try new roles is always going on here. The flexibility! You are able to be flexible with your schedule as long as you get your work done, you have the ability to shape your job as managers are open to improvement and I can't say enough about the people I work with in VA. My co-workers are intelligent, hardworking and would go out of there way for the person sitting next to them.
Cons
C-levels are not based in this office and that can sometimes make employees feel separate from the rest of the company but I have seen efforts by the team to travel out more often.
