Pros
There are very few Pro's to share: If you are currently working as a full time or contract investigator with Perspecta, I highly suggest you reach out to ISN or CSRA, SCIS, companies who will likely continue to drain the bulk of the investigative talent from its labor pool, and both of them understand that in any capacity workers wish to be treated as valued assets--Not statistical production units to be driven like machines.
Cons
Perspecta exudes arrogance and has complete disregard for its workers, that's pretty obvious when you look at the average the review here on GD (See previous company: Keypoint Government Solutions), and my experience is the same. Perspecta also is unwise enough to not know when to respond to pending changes in their business model by engaging their own talent in an effort to retain them, rather than lose them. Many will leave, and many will be happy that the tyrannical imperial reign that was arbitrarily held by Perspecta for so many years (having simply inherited the USIS case work) will come to an end. Perspecta has laid the foundation for a massive exodus, which has already begun. Its reaction to the expansion of the NBIB contract to ISN and CSRA: Plunder what remaining labor talent you have left on books by driving them even harder on production to ensure that the bottom line metrics and profit figures are met creating even more contention and animosity which will ultimately lead to more attrition. So if your thinking Perspecta , don't do it, go elsewhere. If you are with Perspecta , look elsewhere, it won't get any better.
