Fast paced but friendly environment - Public Relations Perspective Advertising Employee Review

This place was a great friendly and outgoing environment, the co-workers are awesome and are always willing to help each other out. I worked there for 3 months and was able to see two people get promoted so there is always room for growth.

The hours can be long but the day goes by quickly because of the empowering meetings and the fun co-workers

The opportunities I have received with Perspective have been endless. I am getting a chance to work with great people and travel like I have always dreamed. Next week I am flying to California, and the following week we are taking a trip to Mexico! I work with people that are motivating and positive, and that is the type of work environment that does not drag you down. I have learned how to be a better mentor and manager through coaching from my team. I am building my portfolio working with major companies like AT&T. Perspective Advertising is really a place to call home. When you are working a full time job you need to be at a place where you belong and are not stressed to the max on a daily bases, that is exactly the type of place Perspective is. The managers and CEO are all very easy to approach and are willing to help you in any way they can. They are understanding when it comes to life situations. On top of working at such a great place I am making over $50,000 at entry level, and in the upcoming years with Perspective I only seeing my wages increasing!
